At Better Brow AU, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for an effortless and professional at-home brow experience. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
1. RETURNS POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our brow care products, including wax heaters, wax applicators, and refill packs.
All brow waxing kits, wax applicators, and accessories are final sale.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after a product has been used.
Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
2. DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@betterbrow.com within 7 days of delivery where possible. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can assess your claim.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution. Items may need to be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
We do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage or general wear and tear. For faults that develop after delivery, please refer to our 12-Month Warranty section below.
3. WARRENTY
All Better Brow devices include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your device is faulty, please contact us at info@betterbrow.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and assist with a suitable resolution.
This warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, failure to follow product instructions, inadequate cleaning or maintenance, unauthorised modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
The product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
We sent the wrong item, and a replacement is not available.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the product does not meet our return criteria.
5. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as we process orders quickly. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you made an error with your order, please contact us immediately at info@betterbrow.com, and we will do our best to assist.
6. SHIPPING & RETURN PROCESS
In the rare case that we approve a return (for damaged or incorrect items only), we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
